Where are the settings?
Tap Grown-ups at the top of the app. A short grown-ups question keeps little ones out of settings, the shop and anything that leaves the app.
Can we watch without the internet?
Yes. In Grown-ups settings, save the stories you want and they'll play offline.
What does Bedtime mode do?
Tap the moon. The story slows down, the picture dims, it finishes as audio, and then the app stops on its own. Nothing plays next automatically.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions bought through the App Store are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. You can ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
